This California Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Statement and applies to California residents. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

• Commercial information — vehicles you’ve viewed, quoted, or purchased.
• Internet activity — pages viewed, referring URL, search terms used on our sites.
• Geolocation — approximate location based on IP.
• Inferences drawn from the above to understand vehicle preferences.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Elway Powersports Dealer Group does not sell personal information for monetary value. We may share information with service providers and advertising partners; the CPRA defines some advertising activity as “sharing.” California residents may opt out of such sharing — see Section 6.

7. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We’ll require written verification of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly.
